Pendulum S.H.E. Advisors was founded in 2006. We have consulted to numerous organisations both large and small across a variety of industries. Pendulum S.H.E. Advisors aims to remain an exclusive provider of Occupational Health and Safety services to a select group of clients throughout South Africa.

Eugene Laloo – Principal Consultant
Pendulum S.H.E. Advisors is owned and operated by Eugene Laloo, who holds the following qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Environmental Management from The Australian National University (2005).
- Bachelors of Economic Sciences Degree (Human Resources) from Stellenbosch University (2003).
- National Higher Diploma in Public / Environmental Health from Cape Peninsula
University of Technology (1991).
Eugene is an enthusiastic, highly positive individual who is passionate about understanding and assisting people from all walks of life. Naturally gifted with magnetism, leadership command and an incredibly agile mind, Eugene is a highly effective communicator who is ideally suited to ensuring staff members are inspired by the value of a healthy and safe working environment.

Pendulum S.H.E. Advisors employs the services of a select group of associate Industrial Psychologists, Safety Professionals and Approved Inspection Authorities who are qualified, skilled and experienced to deliver highly specialised solutions to clients.
